Erica Stelling is a Client Assistant in the Shiloh branch, where she plays a key role in delivering a high level of service and support to clients and her team. In her role, she assists with client needs, oversees branch marketing initiatives, and ensures that administrative and operational processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
Prior to joining Baird, Erica served in recruitment and development roles within the higher education and secondary education sectors. Her experience includes recruiting, connecting with and advising students, managing events, building partnerships, and supporting enrollment goals. In addition, she has extensive experience in marketing and communications, helping organizations build and implement thoughtful brand strategies and meaningful messaging.
Erica holds both a master’s degree in Sport Management and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their three children (including twins), as well as riding bikes, walking, traveling, and watching sports.
